Asia is the largest continent among all. It has 48 countries in it and it has been divided into five regional divisions. Those are:- East Asia, South-East Asia, West Asia, South-West Asia and Central Asia. Asia is widely renowned for its diversity.These intensely diversified countries of this continent follow different cultures, traditions and different tastes. The richness in their taste and cuisine allures or attracts people from all around the world. Here is a brief description of famous foods from different regions or countries of Asia, that you should try at least once in your whole life.

Chilli Crab 

Chilli Crab is the most famous dish from SINGAPORE. This masterpiece comes directly from the heart of Singapore, it consists of the perfect combination of cooked Crab’s meat with ferocious red hot sauce. This dish provides the harmony of a bit of sweet, sour and spicy taste. Mostly, bread is consumed with this dish or with Rice. 

Pad Thai

Think about a dish, which has a fusion or combination of Sweet, sour and salty taste. This famous dish originated from THAILAND, it provides a unique and unforgettable experience to its consumers. It contains ingredients like shrimp or chicken or maybe Tofu. Mainly, this dish is made with dried shrimps and has a fishy taste. 

Peking Duck

Enjoy the meat of a perfectly roasted duck with sweet bean sauce or Hoisin sauce or plum sauce. This dish has a perfect allure to attract people from all around the world. This is the national dish of CHINA. This dish is a symphony of their culture and spicy flavour. This dish is mostly consumed with thin pancakes.

Sushi

Sushi is the most famous dish of JAPAN, this dish is famous all over the world. Sushi can be Veg and also Non-veg. Sushi is famous because of its versatility as it can be made with seafood like salmon, Tuna and Crab meat or Pork or it also can be made from Veg by cucumber, avocado and Zucchini. Tastes differ in the way it is made. It is mainly consumed with Soya sauce. 

Kimchi

Kimchi dedicates its taste to the tradition and preserved culture of KOREA. This health conscious dish is mostly eaten by Korean people. This dish is made with cabbage, carrot, fish sauce and other shrimp paste. This dish is very healthy and also it helps in the digestive process. 

Biryani

Biryani is the most famous dish of INDIA. It is a flavorful dish combined with fragmented high quality rice and either meat or chicken. This dish comes from the Land Of Spices, so, with no doubt this dish celebrates the flavour of spices. This dish consists of cardamom, cloves, saffron, cinnamon and many other spices. Biryani is found all over the Indian-Subcontinent and is also eaten widely. 

Pho

Pho is the national dish of VIETNAM, and has gained popularity worldwide. This dish is mainly a fragmented noodle like soup which is accompanied with spices like ginger, cinnamon and cloves and thin slices of meat or beef or pork. This dish comforts people by the taste of herbs and meat.  

The above mentioned are the most famous dishes from different regions of Asia, which should be consumed or eaten once in a lifetime. These dishes have different tastes which resemble the culture of their respective regions.
